You never know who will see your posts. The people I've gotten in business from LinkedIn/Twitter never engaged with my posts. Some didn't even follow me when they expressed interest in working with my agency. So do not get distracted by likes and followers when you start posting content.Instead, work on your positioning and consistently share valuable insights through your posts and comments.Everything else will naturally follow.First give, then ask.

In Just 20 Minutes....LinkedIn Algorithms decide if your Post will go Viral or not.I take these statistics from my personal researches. This is already a fact.-> The posts that do well after they go live, they will perform better during the whole day! Here is the main Question. What should we do for having a Super Post Engagement?1. Being active and answering comments during 1 hour after posting.2. Creating Super engaging posts.3. Posting at the best time during the day.I mentioned just 3 main points. What others would you suggest?

LinkedIn's almost 1 billion members fall into four categories:1. The power users or people who publish on the platform at least once a month. This is less than 1% of LinkedIn users.2. The content creators or people who have posted on the platform once in the last three months. This group isn't even 5% of users. 3. The content ambassadors. You know these people. They don't post, but they will like, share, and post comments on your content. (15% of users). 4. And then there's the silent community. This is the majority of users. They scroll through the feed and consume your content, but they choose not to interact. It takes consistent posting for the long term to convert them into active leads or followers.Which one are you? :)

I don't have 20,000 followers, but I can tell you how Linkfluencers with 20k+ think.Any 'Linkfluencer' (just coined that term) worth their salt will happily share their success secrets, but there's still so few. Let's look into why.At first glance, it seems like their strategy is all about:1. Regular content2. Posts about trending topics3. Repurposed content from their archives4. Random cascading lists like this one right here5. A secret coven where they convene and control LinkedInThat's mostly false. In reality they have:1. Profiles that look like landing pages (one glance and you know what they're offering and how to get it).2. Regular consistent engagement with their audience.3. A course/ebook that gives some great value in exchange for email addresses.4. Those addresses into a newsletter so that they have a one-to-one connection with their audience.5. Something to sell to their audience (consultancy/ghostwriting/freelance).6. A content calendar (planned well in advance).7. Multi-platform presence. They're not just here, they're on Twitter (I'll never call it X), Instagram, Threads, even Facebook.8. Incredible hooks that draw you right in to the post.9. Openness with their success (ask them, they'll tell you how they did it).10. Consistency11. Random cascading lists (that one baffles me too).

Did you know that you can easily create the graphic below within LinkedIn?When you click the + to post, three icons show up. The first one is where you can add an image. The second one is where you can choose a background and text. That’s what I’ve done here. Now my theory is that the algorithm will want you all to see me using this feature and may boost this post more than usual.Let’s see if this experiment works.I have not seen many posts using this feature, so thought you might be interested to see it.What are your thoughts? Is it useful? Will you use it?Have you already tried it?What other features do you use? LinkedIn is definitely adding a few social media features like this to encourage more people to post.

Linkedin is changing, have you noticed that? It’s all because of TikTok.⭐Before TikTok, social media was operating on the ‘social graph’,showing users content from their family and friends.⭐After TikTok, most of social media is moving towards the ‘interest graph’,showing users the most viral content from literally anyone.Today, anyone can go viral on the interest graph. Literally anyone!Examples of the interest graph in action:• LinkedIn Suggested posts• TikTok, For You Page (FYP)• Youtube Shorts• Instagram Reels• Pinterest feed• X, For You PageYour personal brand will become your resume,What you say online will become your portfolio. 📄💻 Here’s how you can leverage that👇

How to get started on LinkedIn1. Start posting.2. Follow people in your space.3. Comment on their posts. 4. Reply to other people's comments. 5. Leave 20-50 comments a day. You'll see results in 30 days!Top tip:Comment with quality, not just for the sake of it. There are enough "agree" " you're right" posts on social media. Instead add value by posting an insight, or observation. If people see that your comments are great, they'll want to see your posts!
